How I like to eat Blueberries
For me I love them in a bowel with tons of cinnamon. It brings out the sweetness without adding sugar. It is like a dessert for me. I also love to add into pancakes or mash and add over pancakes so I don’t need to add extra syrup on my cakes. A great way to add frothiness to my morning shakes is to measure out and freeze them and add to my morning breakfast on the go! I know we are months away from Blueberry season but you can still get some great blueberries at the stores all season. And for those of you thinking ahead in the summer months freezing them brings home the taste of summer all year long.
